Who am I?
I'm Will — a Scout, cricketer, and drummer. I love being part of a team, whether that's on the pitch, behind the kit, or around a campfire.
I signed up for the Jamboree because I want to meet people from all over the world, learn how they do things, and share ideas. It's the kind of adventure I couldn't pass up.
My scouts
I'm from 101st Church Crookham Scout Group, where I'm a Patrol Leader — meaning I help lead a group of Scouts in our troop.
I was the only one from my group who applied for the Jamboree, and I'm proud to represent us in Poland.
Why did I sign up for the jamboree?
I want to meet Scouts from 150+ countries who share my passion and commitment. I want to learn about different cultures and make friendships that last a lifetime.
If I don't do this now, I might never get another chance. Already, just from the selection weekend, I've made friends I never would have met otherwise.
